I was wondering if anyone would be happy to talk to me and find out more about the documentary?
Thanks! x

| Jenny has asked if there are folki who would like to take part in the Documentary ?If so just send me a email and I will forward to Jenny this is a brief intro to what the Film is about from jenny:-
We would like to meet with them 3 or 4 times before their wedding day at key points (a dress fitting / an engagement party / visiting Appleby fair together etc) in the natural lead up to a happy and spectacular event we learn a lot about the culture and traditions. Most people don't know that traveller girls are Catholic (or born again Christian) or that they have strong family values and respect their parents opinions. People only see the little dresses and hoop earrings - we would like to lift the veil. maybe some people will form a different opinion of travellers once they have seen this film. |

| cor how interesting.let us know when it will be televised wont you.i wish i was doing something interesting but i am afraid its just the same old grind here this year for me.a gypsy wedding would be spectacular and if it was a born again wedding the reception would be really good as they have a great time and sing song but with no booze!!!! or a wedding where there are great singers in the family?some of those does are great aswell. |
